Finally I`ve finished it...



SURIAL DRAGON

Type: light

This dragon lives for many years, but he changes color of his scale with ages like sky changes during the day. Dragon lives in the caves, which are located in the rocks of the desert, and leave them every sunrise and sunset. Some people saw, that Surial dragon do strange rituals at this time, which may indicate that the dragon praises the sun.
No one has ever seen, what does that dragon eat in the lifeless desert, but there is theory, that he is powered by sunlight. Hard scales protects dragon against the adverse conditions of the desert, but eventually the strong wind and sand tore his wings and body cracks. Because of this dragon creates a copper armor that supports the body.
Surial dragon is not enemy for humans, but to protect himself he uses sunlight power, concentrating it using horns and creating a strong beam.

    Thanks to you for making my day too ;) I really worked hard on this drawing. Anyway, it`s my first full art of dragon/monster, because I only drew sketches of my monsters and their human versions before. I have an account on DeviantArt (Nickname FloralFly), but there are only drawings of... ponies. I drew ponies for fandom, but now I draw for myself, practicing in humans.

    Well, art styles differ a lot anyway, and as they said they`d make a fitting sprite out of it they`ll probably make it look like they need it :)
    I really like your style. Do you have more art, like on a DeviantArt account, maybe?
    And I forgot to say earlier, I really like your pretty clear outlines, I often struggle with that :D

    Oh, thanks for such a positive comment :) Nice to receive it from my favourite artist there. And, yeah, I know about this problem :`D My art skills don`t let me draw so cute little dragons. Only realistic, only hardcore.

    This dragon is amazing. Really nice done how the colours get darker the older the dragon gets, reminds me of a rising sun. I especially like the way the wings are drawn.
    One critic point, though. I think the juvenile looks a little too adult and the baby a little too juvenile. That`s just a personal opninion, though :)
    Really great work.
