The guy with the Makara in this photo scammed me out of 4 dragons during a trade deal. I would like everyone to know his username and Devs of you also see this can there be some action against him

Update: He has now changed his nickname however we still know his user code.  After 24hours there has been no response from the Devs as yet to see what action is being taken against this cheater.
