Hello!
It's Moscow here, and this is an English story intended for English-speaking people and people learning English in this fandom. These are a set of stories about dragons from DV2. Please enjoy!
There is a desk in a dimly-lit room. A dragon is sitting there, at the desk, looking at a scroll with a wistful expression. The scroll appears to be one or two years old. It tells a story from the God Dragon's point of view.
I remember how we met, Angel, my love. It was the evening, and I went down to the pool to have a drink. I was scared; I was lost. I had never gone so far away from my home, and my parents. But I was so thirsty, and my thirst overrode my fear, so I looked desperately for a body of water. There was a crystal pool, clear as daylight. There were cherry blossoms beside the pool, and I drank and drank.
Many years ago...
Where am I? What is this place? It's a beautiful pool, and drinking its water definitely was refreshing. I'm not thirsty anymore.
(Suddenly, I heard a voice, gentle and sweet...)
Don't go out too far, darling. You will be captured!
(It was a beautiful, female dragon. She was talking to someone behind her.)
Yes, mother. Wait, mom - do you smell something strange?
Yes, daughter! An enemy is here! Who is it? We know you're hiding! Come out!
I am not an enemy! I promise!
You! You are a spy of the Black Queen! Angel, get behind me, he is dangerous!
Mom, I'm so scared!
Tell me, little dragon...who are you? Tell me. I know who you are, and if you lie, I'll attack you viciously.
(My eyes were locked with the fierce dragon's daughter. She was...beautiful. She had sky-blue eyes, and a halo. She was the most perfect dragon I'd ever seen. Her mother was also beautiful, though her beauty didn't captivate and take away my breath like her daughter.)
......
(I knew that the pinkish dragon would not believe me. She was determined to believe that I was a spy of Black Queen...whoever that was.)
SPEAK UP!
(Then she lunged at me. I screamed with panic and tries to fend of her attacks. Her daughter, Angel, stood there, behind her, covering her eyes with her wings. She scratched my snout, and I let out a cry of pain. She slammed into me and trapped me beneath her claws. She raised her claws above my throat. I closed my eyes...
And then she was lifted off me...)
You can't hurt my son!
Dad.....?!
Who are you? I'll KILL YOU! BOTH OF YOU! YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE!
Nobody hurts my son!
(Somehow, my dad was there. He attacked the dragon who attacked me. I took a step backward, unsure of how to react. Suddenly, Angel stepped forward...)
Please don't hurt my mother.
Who are you?
(She ignored the question)
My mother is just scared. She's scared of you two. She doesn't know you, and she thinks that you work for the Black Queen.
We don't work for the Black Queen. She is evil! She brainwashes dragons!
Please listen to me. My mom is only scared. She means no harm. She hates Black Queen! Black Queen killed my father. Now every time we see a new dragon near our home, she automatically assumes they work for her. But I know you don't! I trust you! I will convince my mother that you're not evil. Trust me. Just please, please, please don't attack her!
(Angel was close to tears. I went over to comfort her, but she knocked me away with a wing).
What are you talking about? Angel! Of course they work for the Black Queen!
But how do you know? Father would not have wanted you to attack them!
...
(her mother was lost for words)
You should leave.
(My heart was broken. I didn't want to leave Angel, I met her minutes ago, but I already missed her.)
(My dad and I talked as we walked home in the rain).
How did you find me?
You better stick close to me. At night, Monsters only grow stronger.
(He did not answer my question).
(We walked the rest of the way home.
Back to my home.
The Temple of Light.)
